Returns & Refunds
Cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation charge.
All returns require prior consent which must be approved within seven days of date received by the customer.
Electric medical items, special orders or items requiring upholstery selections aren’t refundable. Refunds are issued within ten days of equipment return. Shipping cost charges will not be refunded. Opened Medical Equipment will replace based on the guarantee.
Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping costs aren’t refundable.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, Pinnacle Medical Supply will give you full credit in exchange for a different product. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees; Please call a customer service representative if you would like to return a product or have a problem with your order.
